Anyone with an UW NetID, including students, can log into the system to view events, space details and space availability.
With additional training, UW Tacoma faculty and staff also request rooms for simple meetings and schedule complex events in the system (with departmental approval).
Starting Autumn 2019, students can request spaces in 25Live for study sessions. Go to tacoma.uw.edu/study for more details.
Academic spaces are scheduled by quarter. Non-academic spaces are scheduled by academic year. For more details please visit our Important Dates.

You may also send an email to Ana Marie Alameda at silvaa@uw.edu to schedule a training session via Zoom. Requests for small group or individual training sessions are welcome!
The system looks at the expected attendance, dates, and times. It is very possible that there are no spaces available with the criteria you have entered. If you are trying to schedule an academic space, we recommend that you align your meeting start and end times with the time schedule matrix.
The following spaces are configured for reservations in 25live:
- Self-reserve meeting rooms
- Student study spaces
- Academic spaces (classrooms, computer classrooms, breakout rooms) managed by the Office of the Registrar
- University YMCA spaces and Dawg House Student Lounge managed by the Center of Student Involvement
- William W. Philip Hall, indoor atriums, TPS Lobby, TLB 307B and outdoor event spaces managed by Conference Services
- MLG 203, MLG 211, MLG 204 managed by the Institute for Innovation and Global Engagement (IIGE)
- CP 109, CP 007 managed by the School of Interdisciplinary Arts & Sciences
- WG 208 (Faculty Resource Center) managed by the Office of Digital Learning
- SNO 260 for RSO reservations only during break weeks managed by the Teaching and Learning Center
Other departmental spaces may not available to view or schedule via 25Live. However if you'd like to add it to the system, please contact Ana Marie Alameda at silvaa@uw.edu.
Yes it is possible to submit a reservation with multiple dates and varying times on the Event Form. Read about the event form.
Please work directly with the time schedule administrator and/or scheduling staff in your academic program. If you are not sure who to contact, send an email to Ana Marie Alameda in the Office of the Registrar at silvaa@uw.edu.
