Helping Professions Open House
Join us for a special opportunity to learn about majors that prepare students for careers that truly make a difference in people's lives.
The School of Urban Studies is partnering with the schools of Social Work & Criminal Justice, Education, Nursing, and Interdisciplinary Arts & Sciences to bring you this event. Attendees will hear brief presentations from program representatives about why their degrees matter, followed by a breakout session where they get to mingle with and ask questions of school representatives in a conversational setting.
The School of Urban Studies will have staff available to speak about all of our undergraduate majors. If you'd like to do a little research ahead of time, follow these links to major-specific information:
- BA in Urban Studies (minor option also available)
- BA in Sustainable Urban Development (minor option also available)
- BS in Urban Design
- GIS Certificate (open to all majors)
Representatives will also be available from the following schools to talk about their majors:
- School of Social Work & Criminal Justice

We hope to see you there!
