The Event Management Safety Agreement is required if one or more of the following applies to your event:
- When setup is required
- When food and/or alcohol is being served
- When cash/money is being handled
- When non-UW Tacoma individuals attend (including those from UW Seattle and UW Bothell)
The form should be completed and returned to uwyevent@uw.edu by one week prior to the event date. Instructions for completing the agreement are listed on page two of the form.
Additionally, all Event Management Safety Agreements must be posted at the entrance to your event for the duration of the event. This is the responsibility of event organizers.
