Ordering options for textbooks and course materials

As we shared last month, the University Book Store is closing its Tacoma campus store this Friday, January 13.

You can order textbooks and other course materials on the University Book Store website. Shipping via UPS Ground on these items is free if you use promotional code WINTER23 at check-out. This free shipping offer has been extended through March 10. Most orders should arrive within a couple of days.

If you prefer not to receive packages at home, you can now use the UW Tacoma Copy & Mail Center as your shipping address and pick up your order there. Note that it may take an extra day for your order to be available. Please use the following address for this option:

We know you have been ordering your textbooks online for the past couple of years, but we understand that the loss of a local pick-up location may be difficult for some. We hope the Copy & Mail Center option will alleviate some of that concern. Please note that the Copy & Mail Center is open Monday – Friday from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
