The Milgard School of Business believes in supporting our students and alumni throughout their careers, not just while they are current students. The Milgard Success Center is a career hub that creates opportunities for alumni to network, develop additional skills and give back to their alma mater. All Milgard Alumni are eligible to access resources through the Milgard Success Center anytime after they graduate.

Pat Bendon
'13 BABA (Marketing)
After graduating from a regional high school and spending a couple of years with collegiate sports in California and Oregon, Pat knew he wanted to return to the Pacific Northwest to study business. He ended up finishing his business prerequisites at Pierce College and transferring to the Milgard School of Business in 2011. Growing up an avid gamer, Pat was curious to learn more about how the gaming industry brands and markets their products to consumers.
Judi Griffin
'01 BABA, '09 MBA
Judi has always lived in the Puget Sound area and enjoys the many water activities available here. She and her husband currently live in Maple Valley where she spends spare time outdoors – gardening, hiking, or playing in the local rivers and lakes. She is a Sr. Supply Chain Program Manager for Amazon.com and works with a team that opens new fulfillment centers in the US and around the world.
Eric Emans
'99 BABA (Accounting)
After graduating in 1999 from the Milgard School of Business, Eric began his career in the Assurance Services group at Deloitte and Touche, and earned his CPA. Since leaving Deloitte, Eric has held multiple roles in finance and has served in the role of Chief Financial Officer since 2011, including his current role as CFO at Lighthouse and previous positions as CFO and Treasurer at A Place for Mom, and Blucora, where he previously served as Chief Accounting Officer.
