The Milgard School of Business is housed at the epicenter of Tacoma’s and the Pacific Northwest’s cultural and economic growth, making it the perfect place to dream in a big way about your future. The school acts as a conduit between students and the communities which support us. This is an extremely beautiful position to be in, not only are we able to provide innovative education for our students but are also able to provide the knowledge capital for corporations that are going to hire them. Our new home in Milgard Hall provides us with the infrastructure to strengthen and grow our current and new programs.

Many new exciting initiatives like the women’s mentorship program, FINTECH incubator, financial literacy workshops, a NEW state-of-the-art Financial Markets Lab (trading floor), student entrepreneurship, community tax preparation through VITA, and programs to support and promote diversity, equity, and inclusion are being launched.
With the support of our business partners, donors, and community members we will continue our quest to provide our students a great education by bringing state-of-the-art businesses and techniques into our classes and preparing our students to get great jobs.
