This page contains support information for schedulers of 25Live. A "scheduler" is defined as a faculty/staff/student that approves requests for the use of campus spaces.
Add blackout dates to locations
Click the button to learn how to manage blackout dates to locations in 25Live. Support departments should work with the scheduler to temporarily take space offline for maintenance, repairs or refreshes
Add images to locations

Guidelines:
- Be descriptive when entering a name, making sure to include the campus abbreviation at the beginning.
- Photo name example: UWT_MAT214_photo
- Diagram name example: UWT_UWY303304_Diagram_Banquet
- Be aware that you can access all images uploaded in 25live, not just your own or UW Tacoma's images. Please make sure you are editing images that begin with "UWT."
Assign space

Manage location features

Guidelines:
- Remember to activate "edit mode" to make changes to your location.
- When adding features, you may leave it at the default quantity of 1, or increase it an amount that applies.
- Send an email to silvaa@uw.edu if you assistance with any of the following:
- Add or remove space
- Change pricing
- Enable express scheduling
- Bulk edit locations
- Any other change you are unsure how to or are unable to do.
