Academic Spaces
- Academic spaces cannot be reserved until after the quarterly course scheduling process is completed.
- Requests for space during finals week will not be processed until all academic finals have been scheduled for the quarter. Scheduling of finals begins after the 10th day of the quarter.
- All reservations assigned in academic spaces may be subject to change due to academic needs. This will include reassignment or cancellation.
Breakout Room
These are small-sized collaboration rooms intended for group work.
Classroom
These spaces are equipped with technology necessary for video and data presentations.
Computer Classroom
These spaces are equipped with the same technology as classrooms, with the addition of individual student computer workstations.
Non-Academic Spaces
Non-academic spaces can be scheduled for the duration of the academic year.
Indoor Event Space
Indoor reservable spaces that can be used to host events. Table and chair setups are available in these locations.
Indoor Lobbies and Atriums
Indoor event spaces with preset setup options to select. Furniture in these areas should not be moved after student setup crew has placed.
Outdoor Event Space
Outdoor reservable spaces that can be used to host events. Table and chair setups are available in these locations.
Self-Reserve Meeting Room
Conference rooms on campus that do not require a setup. These rooms can be self-scheduled via 25Live and do not require approval from a scheduling office.
Global Innovation and Design Lab (MLG 203)
Located in the Milgard Hall, the Global Innovation and Design Lab is open for hosting innovation and design workshops and activities for classes, workgroups, and makers. For more information, visit the Global Innovation & Design Lab website.
