Departments can purchase single-day parking passes for individual visitors, small groups, and larger special events happening on campus. The cost for these passes will be billed via ISD to the Worktag(s) that you provide with your request.
- For simple visits and events where you only need to pre-pay for your visitor's parking, request General Visitor Parking Passes.
- For events that have more complex needs, submit our Special Event Parking request form.
Purchase Limits
To mitigate impacts to our students and employees who drive to campus, we limit the number of visitor passes we issue during times of peak parking demand, which is Monday through Thursday during Autumn, Winter and Spring quarters. All-day visitor parking passes are limited to 10 passes per event during these times. Daily passes for dates outside of peak parking demand (Fridays, breaks between quarters, and Summer quarter), as well as our new Evening Passes (valid 3pm - 11 pm) are limited to 100 passes per day. While we will consider requests for up to 20 passes during peak demand if made through our Special Event Parking request form, we will not issue them if there is a high demand for passes on the date in question.
General Visitor Parking Passes
- $9.00 per parking pass
- Pass must be printed and displayed on vehicle dashboard
- May only be used by a single vehicle
- Valid in Cragle, Tioga, Pinkerton North, and TPS parking lots
- Pass does not guarantee an available stall OR reserve a specific stall (reserved stalls must be requested through Special Event Parking form)
- All-day passes are valid from 6:00 am to 11:00 pm
- Evening passes are valid from 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm
Click the button below to request General Visitor Parking Passes. Please submit your request at least 3 days in advance for requests of 10 or fewer passes, and 2 weeks in advance for requests over 10 passes.
PLEASE NOTE: This form is ONLY for requesting our standard Visitor Parking Passes - if you need anything else (such as to have stalls reserved/coned off, to get a pass for a different lot, etc) please use the Special Event Parking request form, below.
Special Event Parking
If you need something more than what is available in the Visitor Parking Pass request form, please submit a Special Event Parking request. Example requests include:
- purchasing up to 20 passes for an event during peak parking demand
- reserving specific stall(s)
- reserving an entire parking lot (available on weekends only)
- passes for a lot not covered by the General pass
- large vehicle or trailer parking (please see this page for advice on bus parking - we do not offer parking passes for buses)
Please submit Special Event requests at least 3-4 weeks in advance of your event. If we are not able to accommodate your request in on-campus parking, you will need time to work with an outside vendor to secure parking in an off-campus lot.
Reserving full parking lots
Parking lots may be reserved for weekend events only. The cost is $5 per stall. Please let us know which lot(s) you are interested in reserving when you submit your Special Event Parking request form.
Tioga (127 stalls) $635
TPS (45 stalls) $225
PKT North (27 Stalls) $135
Cragle (53 stalls) $265
Off-Campus Parking
In the event that we are not able to accommodate your parking needs on campus, you may want to work with an outside parking vendor to secure parking for your guests nearby. Please contact the parking vendor of your choosing directly to set up off-campus parking for your event.
