Congratulations on your acceptance to the Global Honors Program at the University of Washington Tacoma!

New Global Honors students are required to review and sign the following items located in this form:

Section 1: Global Honors Student Conduct Expectations
Section 2: Criteria for Removal from the Global Honors Program
Section 3: FERPA/Notice of Identity Form
