By completing the below form you are confirming your conference attendance and agreement to submit your presentation slides or digital poster** by email to iige@uw.edu no later than Sunday, May 19th at 5:00pm.

** Please note: Poster Presenters are asked to submit a digital poster in addition to bringing their printed poster to the Conference. (It is our practice to upload all presentations and digital posters onto our website following the Conference.)

Although we hope all presenters will attend the entirety of the Conference, we recognize this might not always be possible. As we work to finalize the Conference schedule and timing of each panel, it would be helpful to know if there are times where, if you were scheduled to present during this time, you would NOT be able to participate in the Conference. We cannot promise we will be able to accommodate conflicts. Please Note: UW Tacoma Global Honors students are expected to make every effort to attend the full Conference as part of the Global Honors program.
