Summer 2024 Quarterly Dean's List

Congratulations, you have made the Quarterly Dean's List for Summer 2024!

This distinction will be notated on your transcript under Summer 2024 and your name listed soon on the Office of the University Registrar Dean's List Recipients webage (if you have authorized directory release). Note: Dean's List pdf letters were discontinued Spring 2024.

We are pleased to announce that your Dean’s List name no longer has to match your Student Record Name. Instead, you can have your name of your choice reflected on the OUR Dean’s List Recipients webpage – just go to the Dean’s List Name form to enter your requested Dean’s List name. Please complete no later than September 16th.

Please be advised that only students who have authorized the release of Student Directory Information will be recognized on the OUR Dean’s List webpage. Students who do not wish to authorize the release of directory information and do not want their Dean’s List name to appear on the OUR Dean’s List webpage must inform the OUR by doing the following:
 

     1. Log into Log into MyUW – requires a UW NetID.

     2. Go to Profile, then Student Directory Information click on “Change your release settings.”

     3. In the Directory Release section, select the No option.

If you have not submitted a Dean’s List name request in the Dean’s List Name form or updated your release of Student Directory Information by Monday, September 16th, 2024 your current Student Record Name and your current release of Student Directory Information will be used.
