Main Content Community Partner Award The UW Tacoma School of Nursing and Healthcare Leadership's Community Partner Award recognizes the contribution of an individual or organization that assists with the School's mission to strengthen students' understanding of local, national and global health issues. Criteria include: The nominee may be an individual or organization The nominee has demonstrated the ability to support and partner with the School, faculty, staff, and/or students The nominee’s partnership may be in teaching/learning, support of faculty research and scholarship or support of staff endeavors Evidence, provided by the nominator, that the nominee provided significant support in service of the mission and goals of the School Nomination Process: Nominations are submitted by faculty, staff, students, and alumni using this webform. Nominations are due by the last Monday of April each year. Complete all fields below, which includes uploading a nomination letter. Additional documents may be included for support of the nomination. Faculty vote on the recipient for the award and forward their recommendation to the Dean for action.
