Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, many people in our campus community have moved their events to a virtual platform while we have been unable to gather in person. As we continue to work hard to make campus a safer place for a return, we do expect physical distancing to continue into the foreseeable future.  We understand that many people in our community may still prefer to host virtual events in order to minimize risk during the 2022-2023 academic year, so we want to provide you with as many resources as possible to set you up for success.

Switching to a virtual conference format requires switching your expectations. Making the change from in-person events to a virtual event experience can be overall beneficial if planned and executed properly. Conference Services is building resources to expand on what is possible for your conference and are happy to speak with you about your specific conference needs and put you in touch with our media experts.
