Making Payments
- Tuition and other student account fees
- Authorize a parent, spouse or other person to access your student account
- Parking citations and permits
- For test fees or other departmental charges, pay online via the link provided by your program.
Registration holds, enrollment and transcripts
Learn more about different types of registration holds and contact the indicated office for assistance.
UW has partnered with Parchment to process online orders for official transcripts for all three campuses. Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Contact the Office of the Registrar for more information.
Scholarships, loans and financial aid
The Cashier's Office cannot process scholarship checks, vouchers or other third party payments. To avoid delays in processing, send payment directly to Student Fiscal Services in Seattle.
