The rates below apply to internal departments. Service rates from other support departments (Media Services, Facilities/Custodial, and Campus Safety) will be provided or charged from each department directly. All rates are subject to change.
Setups & Teardown Services
Setup/teardown service rates only apply when setups/teardowns are needed during non-standard hours and weekends. Short notice/emergency setup rates apply when a setup adjustment is requested less than 5 business days from event date.
Setups/teardown services are charged based on a first-come, first-serve basis. If another reservation was already scheduled and a setup/teardown shift is required outside regular setup hours to accommodate the second reservation, the second reserving entity will be charged. Staffing
We offer basic on-site staffing support for any event and program. Must be requested 3 weeks in advance to schedule available staff and a "run of show" itinerary must be provided indicating specific needs from staffing support.
