Strategic Enrollment Planning process begins this month

I am thrilled to announce a significant milestone for our campus as we embark on a strategic enrollment planning journey in collaboration with SEM Works, a sustainable enrollment planning consulting firm who has worked with more than 500 universities.

This initiative is a crucial step towards ensuring the continued success and growth of UW Tacoma. Our strategic enrollment plan will be developed over the next six months with many opportunities for involvement. We encourage all members of the campus community to actively participate in this process. Your different perspectives and valuable insights will contribute to a comprehensive enrollment strategy that strongly aligns with our mission and goals.

To launch this process, Dr. Jim Black and Dr. Monique Snowden from SEM Works will be on our campus from January 22-24, engaging with various stakeholders from our community. This period will be dedicated to insightful discussions and collaborative efforts aimed at shaping the future of enrollment strategies for our institution.
